Q: Why can’t I find a song in the system?
A: We try our best to keep our song library up-to-date, but some songs are currently unavailable due to copyright/licensing. Please feel free to use your Spotify.
Q: Is there a cover charge?
A: No, we do not charge a cover at Voix unless it is a special event. Check our event page for details.
Q: Is there a Dress Code?
A: Dress to Impress. We do not permit tank tops, athletic wear, baggy clothing, work boots, sandals/flip flops.
Q: Is there a Coat Check?
A: Yes, we have a complimentary coat check. We require all guests in the bar and lounge to check their coats.
Q: Do I need to book tables/karaoke rooms in advance?
A: It is always best to book in advance.
Q: Do you serve food?
A: Our restaurant has a full menu and our bar serves light fare and food is available to order in karaoke rooms.
Q: Do you have service charge for karaoke room & lounge?
A: Yes, a 20% service fee will added to the bill.
Q: Can I smoke or vape here?
A: No, we are a non-smoking establishment.
Q: Can I bring my own bottle or cake?
A: You do not allow any outside alcohol. Please do not bring your own bottle. You can bring your cakes but extra deposit is required and will be charged if the room needs extra cleaning or any equipment is damaged.
Q: Can I take my unfinished bottle to-go?
A: No, but we can hold onto your bottle in the restaurant for a maximum of 2 weeks. Please drink responsibly.
Q: Is there an age requirement for entry?
A: No, but we will check your ID when you order an alcoholic drink.
